Check the filter cartridge has not been installed incorrectly, especially the GAC filter, please look at the picture, this is the botttom side of the GAC filter. A2: Bathtubs, utility sinks, garden hoses, showers, or anything considered high-flow should be avoided for the first 72 hours. Any high-flow situation within the first 72 hours may cause a temporary carbon blockage. To clear the blockage, turn off any running water for at least 10 minutes and resume using water at low or regular flow rates. Q: Water appears cloudy and grey A: The water may appear cloudy or grey for the first 3-5 days after installation due to the tiny air bubbles being purged from the filters and extra carbon dust in the water. (depending on the filter cartridge being used) To solve this problem, please flush the whole system for about 10 minutes after you install it, then close the faucet and wait for one hour. And repeat the steps until the output water is clean.

The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. Please note that electronic items are only rated for use inside the United States. If you order an electronic item for use outside the USA, that is at your own risk. If the product gets damaged or does not work, you will be liable and we will not accept a return of the item.
