The WGB21B series is a great “point of entry” filtration system and an excellent alternative to the larger WGB32B series (4.5″X20″) for smaller homes or where limited space may be a concern. Also, please note that these have a max water pressure of 80PSI so if you are in the city and your water pressure is high like mine was, then you will need a Pressure Regulator (which I incidentally have the one I used for only a year listed right now for much less than they normally sell for). I had this installed in my house for about a year, but due to space needs (we moved our Hot water heater and everything) we had to move this out of our water system. But it is actually a great system. The filters I had in it lasted a whole year and I think I still could have gotten another 6 months out of them. Cosmetically though, you will find some scratches (happened when I was un-installing them), some grease (it is food grade Lithium Grease) on the O Rings and threads, but nothing bad or damaged, so overall it is in pretty nice shape. So even though it has been previously used there is really nothing major wrong with it for me to mention since it works without any problem.
