A: Recommended changing the cartridges every 6-12 months depending on the amount of contaminants present in the feed water supply. Q: Water Pressure is slowing immediately after installation when using a Carbon Cartridge. A1: Check the filter cartridge has not been installed incorrectly. Make sure the plastic wrapper around the filter has been removed. A2: Bathtubs, utility sinks, garden hoses, showers, or anything considered high flow should be avoided for the first 72 hours.
